Out Grow's 100% natural Siberian Chaga is wild harvested from live birch trees in the Ural mountains. Contains medium size pieces that may need to be cut to size. Chaga Tea One Cup: Bring water to a simmer add a one-inch piece of chaga per serving. Simmer 15 minutes. Strain and serve. Chaga Tea Whole Pot: Bring water to simmer and add for to five one-inch pieces of chaga. Simmer for one hour. Strain and serve. To store your chaga tea place any unused portion in the refrigerator. Use within 7 days. Chaga chunks can be reused 3-4 times if you place the chunks in the freezer after use. Please consult physician before using any herbal supplements.
