Out Grow's Mega Mix Sterilized Grain Bag blends yellow popcorn, red milo, and rye berries, all hydrated with natural spring water. After a thorough 3-hour sterilization at 15 psi, these bags are primed to support robust mycelium growth, thanks to their rich nutrient and mineral content. Each 3lb bag, roughly 3 quarts in volume, features a 5-micron filter patch for essential gas exchange.

For use, add 5 cc of your chosen inoculate, mix gently, and let it sit. In a room temperature of 65 to 75 F, you'll notice mycelium growth starting in 1-2 weeks, with full colonization in 4-6 weeks. Once colonized, this bag can inoculate up to 15lbs of bulk substrate. For optimal results, use it fresh. However, if needed, it can be stored in its original packaging in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
