Out Grow's Mega Mix Sterilized Grain Bag is a balanced blend of yellow popcorn, red milo, and rye berries, all hydrated using natural spring water and sterilized for 3 hours at 15 psi. These bags provide a rich array of nutrients and minerals to promote robust mycelium growth. Each mushroom grow bag is equipped with a 5-micron filter patch to facilitate gas exchange. Every bag weighs approximately 1 lb and holds about 1 quart in volume.

To use, simply inoculate with 5 cc of your chosen inoculant and mix gently. Let the bag colonize at room temperatures ranging from 65 to 75°F. Expect to see mycelium growth starting between 1-2 weeks and full colonization around 4-6 weeks. Once fully colonized, this 3 lb bag can inoculate up to 5 lbs of bulk substrate.

For optimal results, use fresh. However, if needed, it can be stored in its original packaging in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
