Growth is moderate, typically colonizing a 100mm plate in approximately 7-14 days at an optimal temperature of 68–77°F. MEA or PDYA provide enough nutrition for robust, even growth and work well for selecting vigorous sectors.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eMushroom Plate Culture Use\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMushroom plate cultures, typically on MEA culture plates, are used to grow and preserve mycelium. Out-Grow recommends you replate your mushroom plate culture every 6 months to ensure longevity of your purchase.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTransfer your Conifer Tuft mycelium to fresh MEA every 1–2 months to keep your culture healthy and vigorous.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003ch3\u003eMushroom Plate Cultures Are Made to Order\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll mushroom culture plates are made to order. Once your order is received, Out-Grow will inoculate your plate within 1-3 days. Your mushroom plate culture will then be incubated in our mycology lab for approximately 7-14 days, or until clean healthy mycelium has been verified by our mycologist. Once verified, your order will be shipped promptly.
