Looking for a traditional method to colonize grains? Try our fully hydrated and sterilized white millet in quart jars! Our jars have self-healing injector lids and 5-micron gas exchange filters. With the most inoculation points of any mushroom spawn, these jars are filled a little over 3/4 of the way with sterilized white millet for your convenience.

The jars are sterilized and ready to use right out of the box. Simply inject 2-4 ml of gourmet mushroom spore solution or liquid culture, shake, and you're done. Allow the grains to fully colonize at room temperature for approximately 20 days. Once fully colonized, the grains can be cased, used for grain transfers, or spawned to a bulk substrate for larger grows. Each quart jar of colonized white millet can inoculate up to 4 pounds (6 quarts) of bulk substrate.
