    Very easy to grow

    These are fast growers and will product a tasty harvest in just a few weeks. This is my second time growing sajor-caju and both times the grain jars were fully colonized in just about 6 days. I used rye grain in one jar and popcorn in the other. Both both grew at the same rate from the grain jars and into the grow bags until harvest. Only one day separated their harvest date with popcorn being harvested first. I definitely want to keep this in my mushroom collection!

    First time growing Sajor-caju. I Inoculated two pint grain jars, one with rye grain and the other with popcorn. Both jars were fully colonized in just 8 days. Poured each jar into a sawdust bag and both have fully colonized in 15 days. 3 days later and the rye bag is started to pin.
