Usage Instructions
1. Using a 15/32" drill bit, create a hole in the center of your spawn jar lid.
2. Clean the lid and the injection port with alcohol to ensure sterility.
3. Insert the deep well injection port into the hole, ensuring a snug fit.
4. Sterilize the lid with the injection port in place using a pressure cooker or autoclave.
5. When ready to inoculate, carefully insert the syringe needle through the injection port and

Theses are very rugged injection ports. I ordered them for liquid culture jars. These will last a long time. I would buy again . Goes great with the syringe filters for culture jars or grain spawn jars.
